Project Workflow
My web development project workflow consists of four phases (Research, Concept, Design and Development). Each phase has one goal with a few milestones along the way.

Research
The Research Phase determines a company’s unique brand statement and functional requirements.
Goal: Brand Profile Form
- Developer Milestone: Provide form to client
- Client Milestone: Submit completed form to developer

Concept
After determining the brand and functional needs of a company, the Concept Phase provides a sketch of the overall layout and functionality of the website.
Goal: Design/Functionality Proposal (revisions and sign-off)
- Developer Milestone: Provide proposal to client
- Client Milestone: Submit revisions
- Developer Milestone: Provide updated proposal
- Client Milestone: Sign-off proposal

Design
Once the client has agreed to the layout/functionality proposal, the Design Phase consists of mocking-up a design of the website with full color and font choices and place-holder graphics to provide an accurate preview of the website.
Goal: Website Mockup
- Developer Milestone: Provide mockup to client
- Client Milestone: Submit revisions
- Developer Milestone: Provide updated mockup
- Client Milestone: Sign-off

Development
Finally, the Development Phase consists of programming the website via HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript, delivering a fully functioning website.
Goal: Website
- Developer Milestone: Launch beta site
- Client Milestone: Sign-off
- Developer Milestone: Launch live site and submit to search engines
